Sama IPTV Player (“Sama”, “we”, “our”) is a media player application only. Sama does not provide, host, stream, sell, distribute, or otherwise supply any television channels, movies, series, catch-up content, M3U playlists, Xtream Codes credentials, or any other form of audiovisual content.
Sama operates in the same category as general-purpose media players such as VLC or Infuse. All streams played through Sama come exclusively from playlists that users voluntarily enter into the app, obtained from third-party IPTV providers chosen by those users. Sama has no commercial or technical relationship with any IPTV provider.
Users are solely responsible for the legality of the playlists and credentials they use with Sama and for compliance with the copyright, broadcasting, and consumer protection laws of their country of residence. If you are unsure whether a particular IPTV subscription is legal in your jurisdiction, do not use it with Sama.

Account and licenses
An account is required to sync playlists, manage devices, and access premium features. Each paid license entitles you to a fixed number of device slots for the lifetime of the Sama service. Device slots can be released and reassigned within the same account subject to reasonable anti-abuse limits.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use Sama to distribute malware, to attack third-party infrastructure, or to stream content that you do not have the legal right to access. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
No warranty
Sama is provided “as is”. We do not warrant that the app will be error-free or that it will successfully connect to any particular IPTV provider. Stream quality depends on the provider and on your network, neither of which we control.
Refunds
Because licenses activate immediately on purchase, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact support within 14 days of purchase if you experience a technical issue that prevents normal use.
Privacy Policy
We collect the minimum information needed to operate the service: your email address (for sign-in via one-time code), a hashed device identifier (to enforce device slots), your registered playlist credentials (stored encrypted at rest), and anonymized operational telemetry (request timings, error rates).
We do not sell your data. We do not share your playlist contents or credentials with third parties. Payment processing is handled by Stripe under its own privacy policy.
You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support. Some records (for example, tax-relevant billing history) may be retained for the period required by applicable law.
