Sama IPTV Player is a media player app for playing IPTV playlists. It plays any M3U or Xtream Codes playlist on Android TV, Amazon Firestick, iOS, Android, desktop, LG WebOS, and Samsung Tizen. Sama is a player only — it does not provide, host, or distribute any streams, channels, or content.
Does Sama provide IPTV channels or content?
No. Sama does not provide, host, or distribute any streams, channels, movies, series, or M3U playlists. You must supply your own playlist URL or Xtream Codes credentials from an IPTV provider of your choice.
Is Sama IPTV Player legal?
Yes. Sama is a generic media player — like VLC or Infuse — with no connection to any specific content source. The legality of what you play through Sama depends on the playlist you provide and the laws of your country. You are responsible for ensuring that your chosen IPTV subscription and the content it delivers comply with your local laws.
What playlist formats are supported?
Sama supports standard M3U and M3U8 playlist files and the Xtream Codes API. Live TV, VOD (movies and series), catch-up, and EPG are supported wherever the provider exposes them.
Which devices are supported?
Android TV devices (Sony, TCL, Hisense, Nvidia Shield, Chromecast with Google TV), Amazon Fire TV (Stick 4K, Cube), iPhone, iPad, Android phones and tablets, Windows 10+, macOS 12+, LG Smart TVs on WebOS 5.0+, and Samsung Smart TVs on Tizen 5.0+.

How do I add my playlist?
Open Sama, go to the Playlists section, and enter either your M3U URL or the server URL, username, and password for your Xtream Codes provider. Sama syncs the playlist to your account so it is available on every device you sign in on.
Can I use more than one IPTV subscription at a time?
Yes. Sama supports multiple playlists. Add as many providers as you like and switch between them with one tap.
How many devices can I use?
Each license pack includes a fixed number of device slots (1, 3, or 5). You can add more device packs at any time from your dashboard.
Is my data secure?
Sama uses passwordless one-time code authentication, encrypted token storage, and secure server-side storage for your playlist credentials. We never share your data with third parties.
What happens if my IPTV subscription expires?
Sama will show an expiration notice and streaming will stop working until you renew with your provider. Sama does not sell or renew IPTV subscriptions — that is handled entirely by your provider.
